Rikimaru after jumping into the portal, Rikimaru becomes lost inside the portal. One year later, he has returned. A sorcerer, Tenrai, surfaces with disciples he refers to as Lords of Darkness. Tenrai is after three jewels of magical power, these are the Jewels of Heaven, Earth, and Virtue.
The Azuma ninja overcome his servants and Rikimaru defeats Tenrai with his new found Dohjutsu power where Tatsumaru tells him about it.
