Exodus. An Egyptian Pharaoh enslaves the Isrealites, Moses challenges the Pharaoh, God strikes Egypt, and the Nile turns to blood, a plague of frogs and the sea parts. Moses then leads his followers to Mount Sinai.
Is the Biblical Exodus historical fact or mythological fiction? What would we need to prove to story? After six years of research, two time Emmy® Award-winning director Simcha Jacobovici and a team of renowned archeologists, Eygptologists, geologists and theologians, shed revelatory new light on the Exodus and the era's ruling Egyptian Dynasty.
They have uncovered incontrovertible evidence that supports the premise that the Exodus did, indeed happen. The director and his team found the Pharaoh, they found Pharaoh and Moses carved in stone, they found scientific proof, they found age old writings, they found proof of the pilgrimage, Pharaoh's ancient city and uncover the geology and they found the holy mountain. What do you say?
Using elaborate state-of-art CGI, THE EXODUS DECODED offers a stunning virtual account of stories like, the birth of Moses, the ten plagues, and the parting of the Red Sea, revealing once and for all, the difference between acts of nature and the hand of God. Filmmakers from the History Channel take in locations Greece, Egypt, and Israel for this investigative documentary on the Biblical story of the Exodus.
