Content:
In a darkened hospital parking lot, a serial killer is closing the trap for his thirteenth victim, a beautiful young nurse. He follows, silently videotaping her every move until he suddenly imprisons and terrorizes her in his black van and speeds away.
In a series of bizarre events, Dak Smith, a burned out detective, currently demoted to the duties of a motorcycle top on the graveyard shift, becomes hopelessly entangled with the Stalker and is almost killed.
Dak, along with his new partner Kristen, an intelligent and ultra-tough police woman, start unravelling the complex web that surrounds the psychopath, and are led to the mob, the police force itself and their own presonal insecurities.
