It is a piece of work advocating honest and against corruption. It tells us how justice defeats depravity.
Liang Fang becomes the new Organization Minister in some city before the opening of the 16th CPC Party Congress. He is involved in a hard situation that some respectable old leaders are ready to do sth. before retirement. Liang Fang falls into a deep thought under huge pressure.
Secretary of the city He Yuan is in command himself and brings hope for Liang Fang. They focus on the inspection on capability and achievements of every nominator motivated by General Secretary Jiangs Three Representative. Their behavior is handicapped by selfish leaders. At last, they choose a new group of leaders with capability and political passion. This is a good present for the opening of the 16th CPC Party Congress.
